			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Balls are so much fun!  They just scream roll on me, bounce and move all over!  Exercise balls are one of the most motivating exercise tools around.  It can be used for almost any workout!  Cardio, strength training, etc.</p>
<p>Fitness ball, exercise ball, workout ball, stability ball &#8211; but they all mean the same thing.  An inflatable ball, approximately mid thigh high (depending on how tall you are!) that you place on the floor and use as support when doing exercises.  What kind of exercises you ask?</p>
<p>Some ideas include:</p>
<p>Squats &#8211; work those glutes!<br />
Sit ups &#8211; work that core!<br />
Push ups &#8211; all about the arms, ladies!!</p>

<p>One woman said, &#8220;I use it every time I get a headache and love it.  And my mom who&#8217;s had a bad back for years laid on it for about ten minutes and said her back felt great for days.  I even had one of my cousins try it out after she bruised her shoulder in cheerleading&#8230;at the time she wasn&#8217;t sold on it, but then called me a few hours later telling me how her shoulder has felt awesome ever since she laid on it&#8230;so she ended up ordering it.&#8221;</p>
<p>Also, if you&#8217;re someone who clenches your jaw a lot, you probably have a lot of tension in that area&#8230;.some people use the pillow and lay the side of their head/cheek on it to release tension. </p>
<p>You can choose to lay on it bare back or with clothing. It&#8217;s all up to you and how sensitive you are.</p>
<p>Some people lay on it 15-20 minutes per day just to calm and soothe themselves. Some find it most effective when they&#8217;re actually in pain.  Like when their back hurts, or they have a head ache, or their shoulders and neck hurt from sitting at a computer all day.</p>
<p>The pillow can go at your neck or under your head whichever you prefer.  If you suffer from headaches, you will probably prefer the pillow under your head.  Some people don&#8217;t use the pillow at all.  It allows them to lay flat on the mat and let their shoulders and upper back feel the effects.  It&#8217;s really personal preference.</p>

It also comes with resistance bands so can be used in a variety of ways! Because the Balance Dome is not a stable flat surface, it requires you to engage your stabilizer muscles to balance.
